Shipment of your package
Packages are generally shipped within 2 days after receipt of your payment via Bpost/DPD/GLS with tracking and delivery without signature. If you prefer shipping via Bpost Extra with required signature, additional costs will be charged. Please contact us before choosing this delivery method. Whichever shipment you choose, you will receive a tracking number from us with which you can track your package online.
Shipping costs include handling, packaging and postage. Handling costs are fixed amounts, while transport costs depend on the total weight. We recommend that you place your items in one order. We cannot combine two separately placed orders, so shipping costs will be charged for each order. Your package is sent at your own risk, but special care is taken with fragile items.
