Terms and Conditions
Article 1. General
1.1 These General Terms and Conditions are part of our internet activities and respect the legal provisions on commercial practices, distance selling and consumer purchase. www.probilife.be offers you even better guarantees thanks to our exceptional guarantee (see below).

4.1 All our prices are in euros, including VAT + handling and excluding shipping.
4.2 No shipping costs are charged on some offers. This wil
therefore always be clearly stated.
Article 5. Agreement
5.1 There is only a valid agreement between you and www.welterusten.be, after correct payment of the order has been made.
Article 6. Payment
6.1 With every order you will receive an order confirmation and a unique order number by e-mail. You deposit the amount via the bank stating the order number.
Article 7. Delivery, depending on the stock, the delivery period can be up to 14 days due to force majeure
7.1 www.probilife.be strives to deliver orders within 7 working days after receipt of payment in the Benelux, to the address you specified with your order.
7.2 However, these delivery times are only indicative and www.probilife.be cannot be held liable for any delays caused by third parties.
Article 8. Retention of title
8.1 The ownership of the delivered products only transfers after you, as a customer, have fulfilled all the conditions of the agreement.
Article 9. Intellectual and industrial property rights
9.1 The customer fully and unconditionally accepts all intellectual and industrial property rights to the products supplied by www.welterusten.be.
9.2 www.probilife.be cannot guarantee that the delivered products do not infringe any (unwritten) intellectual and/or industrial property rights of third parties
Article 10. Communicatio
10.1 www.probilife.be cannot be held liable in the event of misunderstandings, mutilations, delays or improper transmission of orders and communications as a result of the use of the internet or any other means of communication between you and www.probilife.be, unless there could be intent on the part of www.probilife.be.
Article 11. Force majeure
11.1 In case of force majeure, www.probilife.be has the right, at its own discretion, to
to suspend the execution of your order. This is done in writing and without
judicial intervention.
11.2 Force majeure is understood to mean any shortcoming that cannot be attributed to www.probilife.be
can be attributed. The customer can therefore not claim any compensation.
Article 12. Applicable law and competent court
12.1 All rights, obligations, offers, orders and agreements to which these terms and conditions apply, as well as the General Terms and Conditions, are exclusively governed by Belgian law.
12.2 Only the courts of the judicial district of Dendermonde are competent.
Article 13 RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
A trial period of 14 days applies to all online purchases (made via the website or similar). After the expiry of the trial period of 14 working days, the purchase agreement becomes a fact. Unless stated otherwise, the buyer has the right to dissolve the purchase agreement in writing for a period of 14 working days after receipt of the order without giving any reason and to return the order within the same period or to exchange it for other products. Any payments made will be refunded within 3 weeks, subject to deduction of any transport and payment costs incurred. Each return must be reported in advance via email to Welterusten and will be confirmed by assigning a return number.
During the trial period, the buyer is obliged to handle the product and the packaging with care. He will carefully unpack the product (without damaging the packaging) or use it only to the extent necessary to assess whether he wishes to keep the product. If he makes use of his right of withdrawal, he will return the product with all accessories and accessories supplied to Probilife in the original condition and in the original packaging, in accordance with the reasonable and clear instructions provided by Probilife. If the above conditions are not met, Probilife reserves the right to charge costs for the return or to refuse the return. Any payments made will be refunded within 14 days, subject to deduction of transport and payment costs incurred.
The trial period does not apply to:
- Purchases on company (B2B). Trial period is only valid for private purchases.
- Quotations/offers made by Probilife that were expressly confirmed in writing by the customer before purchase. The purchase immediately becomes a fact at the time of written confirmation of purchase by the customer.
- When the customer has exceptionally agreed orally or in writing with Welterusten on a different delivery period or delivery conditions or agreements of any kind than is customary.
- Products or services that have been manufactured or performed according to the buyer's specifications with the consent and at the request of the buyer, or that have a personal character, for example items ordered in a different colour, size or composition than the showroom models or models shown on the website . Products that must be assembled by the buyer can no longer be returned after assembly (construction). The pieces can be viewed separately, but when combined into a finished product, this product cannot be sold further.
- Articles of which the original packaging (or part of it) has been opened
- Showroom and showroom models.
- Used, soiled, damaged or incomplete items.
- Articles that cannot be returned due to their nature.
Article 14: PRIVACY POLICY
We treat your data as confidential information and will not pass it on to third parties, except if necessary for the processing of your order or question. You can also request, correct, change or delete your data at any time.
